Booking

  • Sold out, Notice when Restock, which means that the item is currently out of stock.
  • Sold out, Discontinued, means completely out of stock and discontinued, it will not accept the booking.
  • iSwim continue developing, and will continue to be improved. Old models will be discontinued, and some of Sold out, Notice when Restock items may will only for VIP. Whether the item can be ordered is still subject to the actual reply of the customer service.
  • The quantity added for the member will be reserved for only 3 days, and if the order is not placed, the stock will be cancelled again

FAQ

  • This site does not limit the time of use after the member logs in, but if stay on the same page for too long (usually 30 minutes), it will still be quit by the system.
  • The items that are placed in a shopping cart as a member, even if the network is disconnected or the device is replaced, you can view the list of items that have been placed in the shopping cart after logging in again.
  • If you have two browsers at the same time to put the item into the shopping cart (for example: mobile device and PC), it will be saved as a member after logged in. In order to avoid conflicts, all the itmes that has been placed in the shopping cart will be moved to the last login connection. Another browser will not see the cart content, but your shopping cart details are saved. If there is any of the above, please log out all the devices first, and select one of the devices to log in before checkout.
  • When you checkout, please remember to use: Surplus, Bonus, Coupons. For your first order, you can use the Remarks to fill in Tall / weight / tight and low rise habits, we can help you determine whether the size is appropriate. (※ Surplus is for International AirMail Flat-Rate delivery only.)
