同捆組 - 注意事項

  1. [同捆組] 自2025年01月19日起不再自動計算折扣，如果您購買的商品有符合同捆組的條件，請您在送出訂單後先不要付款，客服在稍後會為您計算該同捆組商品的折扣（如果當前有優惠活動，會為您擇優處理），請您在收到訂單確認信件後再回到會員中心進行付款。註：期間限定特價商品之單價相當於３件同捆組商品的單價，因此，購買特價商品小於５件者請忽略以上說明。
  2. 當商品選擇 [其他材質/顏色] 成為同捆組，但訂單內備註或留言變更成多個顏色時，將可能會無法享有同捆優惠價。
  3. [同捆組] 折扣計算方式已自2024年10月24日起變更（請見會員中心內的說明），並將同捆組商品納入折扣活動及折價券的適用範圍內，讓您享有更多優惠。
  4. [同捆組] 商品適用紅利加倍送（每年周年慶前）。

Note for Value Pack

  1. The value pack will no longer be automatically discounted from January 19, 2025. If the items you purchased meet the conditions of the value pack, please do not pay after sending the order. Customer service will calculate the discount for the value pack items for you later (if there is a current promotion, we will select the best one for you), Please return to the member center to make payment after receiving the order confirmation email.
  2. If the product is selected as [other fabric/color] and becomes a [Value Pack], but when the note in the order or message to change to multiple colors, you may not be able to enjoy the discounted price for the value pack.
  3. The discount calculation method of [Value Pack] has been changed from October 24, 2024 (Please refer to the instructions in the Member Center), Discounts and coupons are now can be applied to value pack products, allowing you to enjoy more benefits.
  4. [Value Pack] products are eligible for the rewards doubling event (before the anniversary every year).

📌 The [semi-custom make] are all made-to-order orders, normally needs about 5~7 working days, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted! If you are ordering for the first time, please be sure to read  semi-custom make rules

There are no underwear and swimwear in stock except the lucky bag, therefore the "semi-custom make" are all made-to-order orders, production time usually takes about 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekend, and special holiday will be increased by about 7 working days or more). If as a gift, please order it as soon as possible. semi-custom orders will be produced after order confirmed, returns and refunds do not accepted, and you will not purchase any items that have been tried by others. We guarantee free replacement of any broken caused by non-human factors within 3 days after received (excluding: Lucky Bag、Item has marked with NG, easy to smash or consumables, abrasion after wearing).

For members who order underwear and swimming trunks for the first time, it is recommended that you fill in your height, weight and tight-fitting preference in the [Order Remarks] column of the order, so that we can assist you in making size suggestions. For more sizing information, please refer to: Size Guide. If you need to change the size or color during the preparing, please inform us within 48 hours after the order is submitted, If the time is exceeded, and the production has already started, it will not be able to make changes.
