Peak Season & Holiday Notice
From November to the end of February, we experience a peak season due to major events such as Double 11, our Anniversary Sale, Christmas, New Year, and Lunar New Year. Order volume increases significantly during this time, and production lead times may be longer than usual.
Our team takes a full break during the Lunar New Year. Orders placed just before the holiday may not ship until after the holiday, depending on production queue. Some shipments may take 10–15 business days to process.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend placing it early. We will post the latest updates and shipping information on both our homepage and the shopping cart page.
