iSwim Fashion offers convenience store pickup in Taiwan through ezShip Store Pickup and 7-11 Pickup. Available options may depend on your pickup area, order details, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• ezShip Store Pickup: mainly supports FamilyMart and Hi-Life stores.
• 7-11 Pickup: supports 7-11 stores in Taiwan.

Prepaid Orders Only for Overseas Travelers

For overseas customers visiting Taiwan, convenience store pickup and hotel delivery are available only for prepaid orders. Cash on delivery or payment at pickup is not available for traveler orders. This helps us arrange delivery safely and avoid missed pickups during short stays.

Hotel Delivery Is Also Available

If convenience store pickup is not suitable for your trip, we may also arrange delivery to your hotel in Taiwan. Please make sure the hotel can receive parcels on your behalf before placing your order.

Please Order at Least 2 Weeks in Advance

For travelers visiting Taiwan, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your planned pickup date. This gives us enough time to confirm your payment, prepare made-to-order items, and arrange delivery to a suitable convenience store or hotel.

How to Arrange Convenience Store Pickup in Taiwan

1. Place Your Order Early

   Place your order at least 2 weeks before your planned pickup date in Taiwan to allow time for payment confirmation, made-to-order production, and local delivery.

2. Complete Payment in Advance

   Overseas traveler orders must be fully prepaid before convenience store pickup or hotel delivery can be arranged.

3. Find a Convenient Pickup Store

   Use the ezShip Store Map for FamilyMart or Hi-Life, or the 7-11 Store Search to find a store near your hotel or travel area.

4. Provide the Pickup Store Details

   Provide the store name, store number, or store address when placing your order so we can confirm the correct pickup location.

5. Confirm Your Contact Information

   Provide accurate contact information. If you do not have a Taiwan mobile phone number, please contact us before placing your order.

6. Wait for Production and Local Delivery

   Made-to-order items follow the normal iSwim production schedule. After production is completed, we will arrange delivery to the confirmed convenience store or hotel.

7. Pick Up Your Order in Taiwan

   Collect your parcel from the confirmed convenience store during your stay, or receive it through your hotel if hotel delivery has been arranged.

How to Find a Pickup Store

For FamilyMart and Hi-Life pickup, you may use the ezShip Store Map to search for available pickup stores in Taiwan. The ezShip map is mainly in Chinese, but it is the most accurate reference for stores that support ezShip convenience store delivery.

For 7-11 pickup, you may use the 7-11 Store Search or Google Maps to find a nearby store around your hotel or travel area.

Please include the store name, store number, or store address when placing your order. We may confirm the final pickup store with you before arranging shipment.
