Store Credit

Store Credit is used to temporarily hold order adjustments, refund balances, or payment differences in your iSwim Fashion account. It can be used toward future orders when available.

How Store Credit Is Used

Store Credit may be created when an order refund, payment adjustment, shipping adjustment, or other order balance needs to be temporarily saved in your account.
If a refund is required, the amount may first appear as Store Credit before it is refunded through the original or agreed payment method.
Available Store Credit can be used toward future orders on the iSwim Fashion official shopping website.
You can view your current Store Credit balance, history, and refund-related records in the Member Center.

Notes

Store Credit is account-based and can only be used for order payment on the iSwim Fashion official shopping website.
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another member account.
Store Credit is not a reward point system and is separate from Rewards Points and Level Points.
When a refund is processed, the final refund method and timing may depend on the original payment method and payment provider.
