Credit Card

• The checkout page may display this payment method in Chinese as「信用卡」.
• Online credit card payment is processed instantly through a secure third-party payment service with SSL encryption.
• We do not store your credit card or related payment details.
• You can use international credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay.
• Credit card payment does not include debit cards.

PayPal

• Our PayPal receiving currency is TWD（Taiwan Dollar / NT$）. PayPal supports many currencies worldwide, and the final currency conversion will depend on PayPal and your payment method.
• You can pay online through PayPal during checkout. You may also wait for the order confirmation email, which will specify the amount due, and then make payment through the payment link when appropriate.
• From Aug 13, 2026, orders over NT$20,000 will not be accepted for PayPal payment. The amount limit may be revised in the future, so we recommend using credit card payment whenever possible.
• For orders paid by PayPal, the customs declaration amount of international parcels or EMS shipments will be declared according to the actual order amount.
• If you have any customs declaration-related questions, please leave a message in the Member Center to contact our customer service.
• From February 21, 2023, iSwim Fashion reserves the right to accept or reject PayPal payment for individual orders.

EMS

• Delivered by International Express Mail Service（EMS）. Estimated delivery time is about 5 to 7 days. Tracking is usually available through your local postal service.
• Shipping cost varies by destination and package weight.
• Asia: from NT$450. Basic freight and additional weight are calculated by 0.5 kg.
• Oceania: from NT$600. Basic freight and additional weight are calculated by 0.5 kg.
• North America: from NT$720. Basic freight and additional weight are calculated by 0.5 kg.

DHL Express

• International express shipping delivered by DHL. Estimated delivery time is about 2 to 5 days. You can track your package on the DHL website.
• Shipping cost varies by destination and package weight.
• Asia / Oceania: from NT$749. Basic freight is calculated by 0.5 kg, and additional weight is calculated by 1 kg.
• North America / Europe: from NT$999. Basic freight is calculated by 0.5 kg, and additional weight is calculated by 1 kg.

SF Express（Hong Kong and Macau）

• Limited to Hong Kong and Macau. SF（Freight Collect）is also available as a freight collect option.
• Orders can also be delivered to an SF Express EF-Locker for self pickup.
• Hong Kong: from NT$125. Basic freight is calculated by 1 kg, and additional weight is calculated by 0.5 kg.
• Macau: from NT$150. Basic freight is calculated by 1 kg, and additional weight is calculated by 0.5 kg.

Air Parcel

• International package shipping delivered by Registered Air Parcel. Estimated delivery time is about 7 to 14 days.
• Tracking is usually available through your local postal service after the parcel arrives in your country.
• Shipping cost starts from NT$250. Basic freight and additional weight are calculated by 0.5 kg.

ePacket（Economy International Shipping）

• International Air Packet has been completely discontinued since April 1, 2026, and has been replaced by International ePacket.
• Available for lightweight orders with a total product value up to NT$2,700.
• ePacket shipping is charged by weight tier, starting from 100 g. An additional shipping fee applies for each additional 100 g. Any shipping fee difference will no longer be credited to store balance.
• This shipping method uses simplified delivery and does not require a signature. No compensation or formal investigation service is provided for loss, and we are unable to offer further assistance or intervention regarding delivery status or customs clearance.
• By selecting this option, you acknowledge that it is a no-signature, non-compensated economy shipping method and agree to assume the associated shipping risks.
• In some countries, local small packet or ePacket delivery may be slower, partially outsourced, or difficult to track. Shipping time may take up to 60 days in some cases, such as Canada, Australia, or the United States during peak seasons.
• If your local postal system has limited tracking or delivery issues with ePacket, we strongly recommend choosing Air Parcel instead for better tracking and more stable delivery.

Cross-Strait ePacket（Mainland China Only）

• Cross-Strait ePacket is available from May 1, 2026, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Outer Mongolia.
• Cross-Strait Postal ePacket is handled as registered mail and provides full tracking service.
• Delivery to major cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Xiamen, Fuzhou, and Quanzhou, usually takes about 4 to 8 days.
• Delivery to other provinces, cities, and regions usually takes about 7 to 12 days.
• During China’s Double 11 shopping season, logistics volume increases significantly and delivery times may be affected. From November to late December each year, the delivery estimates above may not apply.

Tracking

• The tracking number is the same as the shipping number shown in your order. For example, Air Parcel tracking numbers may begin with C or E and end with TW.
• For postal airmail services, tracking is usually available through your local post office after the shipment arrives in your country.
• For DHL Express or SF Express, tracking is available through the official carrier website.
• You can also check shipment progress through third-party tracking websites such as AfterShip or 17TRACK.

Import Tax & Customs Duty

• Shipping charges do not include import tax, customs duty, or other local charges.
• For some countries and shipping methods, customs duty and a tax handling fee may be calculated and collected separately at checkout.
• If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be charged later by the delivery agent or customs office upon import.
• Tax and customs policies vary by country or region. Actual charges are subject to local customs regulations.
